Faith-based and Spiritual Counseling

When you are faced with a spiritual crisis, you can feel alone and misunderstood. You may not feel safe to address these concerns with your friends, family or existing faith-based community. These deeply personal and heart-wrenching thoughts can cause a great deal of anxiety, hopelessness, and sadness.

In some cases you may be renouncing a long held system of belief, or you may be exploring a new system of faith that is at odds with you have been raised to believe, or, you may be engaging in your first ever spiritual journey. I will meet you wherever you are in the process.

Spiritual counseling is offered to help you make sense of your beliefs about your faith, your life-purpose, and the meaning of life and the afterlife. Spiritual counseling is about empowering you to make meaning and peace in your life. Sometimes spiritual counseling is based in traditional religious teachings and sometimes it takes on a more esoteric feel. How and where the journey leads is entirely up to you.
