Benefits of Group Therapy

Group therapy allows you to learn, heal, and process your shared experiences. It is a very different experience from individual therapy or coaching. Being part of a group connects you to others who have similar life experiences and who share your goals, grief, fears, and hopes. It allows you to feel accepted, validated, and understood, and your experience is normalized. Therefore, within the safety of the group setting, you will experience transformation and healing.

Why Join?

  • Meet others who share similar life experiences
  • Have the chance to share your life and your experience with others for healing
  • Learn new ways to effectively communicate with others
  • Gain self-awareness, mindfulness skills, and understanding of your life purpose
  • Practice new coping skills and strategies for stress reduction and improved mood
  • Ask questions, process together, and support your personal growth

Let’s talk. Questions? Curious?

Group psychotherapy can be incredibly beneficial to you. You will learn the skills necessary to regain control of your life and inner peace, and you will have a safe place to explore your innermost thoughts, feelings, and life experiences with the guidance of a mental health professional and like-minded peers. Call or email to find out more.

What to expect
