Divorce is a grief process and healing takes time. Whether you are currently going through the divorce process or are several months or years post-divorce, you need time heal from this great loss. In the safety of a support group, you will learn strategies to calm your anxiety, re-engage with your authentic self, and begin your journey toward healing. Group psychotherapy can be incredibly beneficial to you. We will meet via video conference for 2 x per month for 75 mins over several months. Expect to learn new coping strategies for stress, process and heal, and gain personal insights that will impact your life in a positive way.
