Group Psychotherapy

Group Therapy for Depression, Anxiety, Stress, and Chronic Illness

Group therapy allows you to learn, heal, and process together with your peers. Groups give you a chance to meet other individuals who are working through similar experiences and toward similar goals as you are. When you meet others who share your experiences in life, you feel accepted and understood. That’s a great feeling. Within the safety of the group setting, you will be led by a trained, licensed, therapist while also learning from your peers.
