If your partner feels more like a roommate than a soulmate, you may benefit from relationship or marriage counseling. The stress of raising children, long hours at work, chronic health conditions, and financial burdens can sabotage a marriage or partnership. Relationship counseling is a safe place to explore the dynamics of your relationship, improve your communication, and learn to reconnect with one another.
You will define your relationship. Families and partnerships come in all shapes and sizes! I regularly work with blended families, same-sex couples, consensual non-monogamous partnerships, and those going through separation. I also work with healthy couples looking to take their relationship to the next level!

What to Expect
We will meet in-person or via video conference for ‘telemental health’ 1x per week for 60-90 minutes. You may be in therapy for several months or a year. The length and frequency of your commitment to therapy will depend on many things and there is no ‘one size fits all’ formula.
