Counseling for Counselors

Healing for the Healers

Finding the right therapist among your peers is daunting. Being open to seeking help when you are ‘supposed’ to know it all, takes courage and vulnerability. It also requires you to create time and space for yourself. This can be difficult when you are accustomed to serving others before yourself. We all know that self-care is crucial to mental and physical health yet somehow how forget to apply this wisdom in our own lives.
