
Depression is a relentless, nagging, and unwelcome feeling of dread, hopelessness, and mental fatigue. It is more than just a ‘bad day’. Depression can come in waves or it can linger throughout your life. Sometimes there is a catalyst or trigger for this feeling, such as a job loss, the death of a loved one, or a divorce, but sometimes this low mood sets in without warning or reason.

- headaches or stomach aches
- significant weight gain or weight loss

What to Expect
We will meet weekly, via secure video conference, for our 50 minute sessions. You may be in therapy for several months or a year. The length and frequency of your commitment to therapy will depend on many things and there is no ‘one size fits all’ formula. We will work together to improve your mood and achieve your treatment goals.
