More and more adults are being diagnosed with ADHD than ever before and impact on your work, your relationships and your spouse can be profound. Not to mention, ADHD can negatively impact your feelings of self-worth, confidence, self-esteem and overall mood.

ADHD is treatable and you are not alone. Learning to manage your symptoms and learning strategies to make your life easier are a core part of therapy focused on ADHD.

What to Expect

We will meet via video conference for telehealth’ once per week for 50 minutes. You may be in therapy for several months or a year. The length and frequency of your commitment to therapy will depend on many things and there is no ‘one size fits all’ formula. We will work together to improve your mood and achieve your treatment goals. Should you wish to switch to in-person sessions at some point, we can discuss that option. Call me for more information.
